Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

For all items you may return your purchase within 30 days from the shipping date for a full refund or exchange, as long as the item is in its original unopened packaging. You are responsible for return shipping expenses unless you receive a damaged or defective item. Please refer to the information below for exceptions and specific policies concerning some product categories.
When making a return, place the item in the box in which it arrived and send it back to us via USPS Parcel Post. For your convenience, please use the label on the back of your packing slip. Don’t forget to include a brief note stating the reason for the return.
If you receive a defective item, please enclose a brief note stating the nature of the defect, and we will refund it promptly upon return. Please use the return label on the reverse side of the packing slip and send it back to us via USPS Parcel Post.
